Remote 8 Week Strength Training Block specifically designed for Women that compete in Adventure Racing, Running, Trekking and Mountain Biking.

Build a solid Strength & Fitness Base so you can throw yourself into some bigger Summer Training Loads. Let’s finish the year strong!

Perfect 8 week lead into the Spirited Women’s Training Plan that can start on the 2nd December.

Strength Series starts on Monday 30th September.

Included:

  • 8 Week Training Block on the Training Tilt App - Remote (Can do from anywhere!)

  • Strength & Fitness Sessions - Adjusted to your fitness level/Gym &/or Home Sessions (no equipment needed)

    (All Run/Bike Fitness & Strength Sessions Included)

  • Mobility Work

  • Self Assessed Strength & Fitness testing to show your progress

  • Facebook Group to keep you accountable

  • Initial Zoom Call

  • Email Check Ins
