9-Week Strength Training Block – Specifically designed for Women that Run, Trek and Mountain Bike. Build your strength and power over Autumn/Winter so you’re ready to perform at your best for your Spring and Summer training loads!
This series is set up for all levels and will have a big focus on your Hips, Glutes, and Lower Core - helping you move more efficiently and powerfully. Stick to the plan, and by the end, you’ll feel stronger, more aligned, and more confident on your feet and your bike.

10 x 60 minute Group Sessions (Halswell, Christchurch. Sundays at 8:30 AM, starting April 27)
9 Week Structured Training Block with all Strength, Fitness, and Mobility Sessions. Fully adjusted to you on the Training Tilt app!
Strength & Fitness Testing in Session 1 & Session 10 to track your progress

Coffee Wrap-Up at the end of the series (Session 10)

Miss a session? No worries! Your Coach will provide an alternative session aligned with your weekly goals. If you can’t make the first or last session, we’ll set up a Zoom call and send you your strength and fitness test to complete from anywhere.

**This In-Person Strength Series will run with a minimum of 8 women. While it’s very unlikely we won’t reach that number, rest assured that if we don’t, you’ll receive a full refund and have the option to transfer to the remote series.
