9-Week Strength Training Block – Specifically designed for Women that Run, Trek and Mountain Bike. Build your strength and power over Autumn/Winter so you’re ready to perform at your best in your Spring and Summer training loads.
This series is set up for all levels and will have a big focus on your Hips, Glutes, and Lower Core - helping you move more efficiently and powerfully. Stick to the plan, and by the end, you’ll feel stronger, more aligned, and more confident on your feet and your bike.
