Remote 8 Week Strength Training Block specifically designed for Women that compete in Adventure Racing, Running, Trekking and Mountain Biking. Build your strength and power over Winter for your Spring and Summer Races!

You can sign up at anytime! - Just let us know on the Registration Form when you want to start.

  • 8 Week Training Block - Remote (Can do from anywhere!)

  • Strength & Fitness Sessions - Adjusted to your fitness level/Gym &/or Home Sessions (no equipment needed)

    (All Run/Bike Speed & Power Sessions Included)

  • Self Assessed Strength & Fitness testing to show your progress
